Shipping and Processing: 

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and 2-5 business days for shipping unless order is specified as a pre-ordered item. Pre-ordered items are subject to longer wait times for arrival. Updates on shipping and processing times will be sent via email associated with your order.

PRE-ORDERED items will take 30 days or less. If the item has not been received within 30 days a full refund will be issued to the payment method used to purchase the item.

Return and Exchange Policy:

 If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at karternkash@yahoo.com with your order number and we will provide a shipping address for your return. 

REFUNDS are ONLY issued once item(s) are returned to the return address provided in your email. You will be able to return and exchange your item(s) up to 14 days after purchase date for a different item or store credit as long as we receive the item in good condition, unwashed and unaltered with the internal and/or external tags still attached.
